Question by Smiler2100: “Death” rigs – Could someone ensure I don’t accidentally make one?
I have come across a semi fixed bolt in angling times coarse fish 2009 book as a carp rig and i looked up how to make one on the internet. I have not used it yet however, because i am strongly opposed, and do not want to accidentally make a “death rig.” I know you have to push the lead clip into the tail rubber, but all the sites just say not too hard. Could someone please clarify for me, how hard they mean, and if i just wedge it right in, will it be dangerous?
